Aztec Print Shorts

Today's outfit was inspired by the boho chic vibe of California. Vanilla Star Jeans was nice enough to provide today's top which was the focal point of my outfit. I decided to pair this top this cool aztec print shorts I found at Urban Outfitters for $20! I added some colorful earrings and bracelets and my look was complete! Patterned Jean Shorts

For today's look I wanted to pair this patterned shorts from Vanilla Star Jeans with a contrasting, orange chiffon top I bought from a boutique in New York. I love the color combo of this outfit. I like that this look is very versatile and can be worn day or night.

Hot Pink Midi Skirt

I love wearing midi skirts! It's easy to wear and it makes your outfit look really feminine. Today I'm wearing a hot pink midi skirt with a black chiffon top. Black and White Striped Skirt

The one thing I love about styling is the freedom to change your look anytime you want. I love mixing neon colors with neutrals so I decided to pair this black and white striped skirt with a neon chiffon blouse. I added some statement earrings and strappy heels to complete the look. Blue Chevron Maxi Dress

Maxi dresses are the best thing to wear in my opinion on a sunny, hot day. Not only are they comfortable, but they also make you feel and look very feminine. I found this bright blue chevron print dress at Macy's and I feel in love! I love the contrast pink belt the dress comes in. Also, the cut of the dress is very flattering. I decided to pair the dress with my neon yellow clutch from American Eagle. I hope everyone is having a great week so far!

Blue Stripes

Today's look is a continuation of my colorful outfit obsession. I paired white jeans and white chiffon tank with a structured blue and white striped jacket. I added a neon yellow clutch and jeweled sandals to compliment the bright theme of my outfit. What I've learned about experimenting with colors is to not be afraid to mix colors in your outfit that you wouldn't normally pair together. I like to wear at least one neutral color to balance the look. 

On a side note, I'll be traveling to New York this weekend for my soon to be sister-in law's bridal shower and IMATS New York! I'm super excited and will be blogging about my experience and the goodies I bring back from my trip! So make sure you visit my blog everyday next week. Spring TIme Florals

I'm obsessing over floral print this Spring! Today I paired this floral crop top with a solid pink flared skirt. I love how the skirt compliments the pink flowers in the crop top. Whenever you are trying to pair a patterned piece with a solid piece, make sure you pull out one of the colors from the pattern to make the outfit look complete. I balanced the bright colors with a nude bag and shoes. Since there is a lot of color going on in my outfit, I didn't want to look too busy. Kisses

I love wearing crop tops with high waisted pants and skirts. I personally think it makes crop tops look more modern. I decided to pair this super cute crop top with a all over lip print with a faux leather pencil skirt.
